The rules that govern your use of NaturallYours and our Dealer Partner program.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NaturallYours website, and your purchase of any products or services from us. By creating an account, placing an order, or submitting a Dealer Partner application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
We may update these Terms from time to time (see Changes to These Terms below). The version in effect at the time of your order or application is the one that applies to it.
Eligibility & Your Account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or place an order.
- You agree to provide accurate, current information when registering, and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate an account that provides false information, is used fraudulently, or otherwise breaches these Terms.
Products, Pricing & Descriptions
- We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including images, dimensions, and materials. Because many of our items are crafted from natural materials such as wood, water hyacinth, and seagrass, slight variation in colour, grain, and texture between the product you receive and the photos shown is normal and is not considered a defect.
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before an order is placed.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse an order, or discontinue a product at our discretion.
Payments
All payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card, CVV, or bank PIN details. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's applicable terms. See our Privacy Policy for more on how payment data is handled.
Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and not guarantees; they may be affected by courier delays, location, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you once an order is handed to the courier, though we will assist in resolving any claims for items damaged in transit — see Returns below.
- It is your responsibility to provide an accurate, complete delivery address. Additional charges or delays caused by an incorrect address are not our responsibility.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
- Orders can typically be cancelled any time before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as a return, subject to the condition above.
- Refunds, once approved, are issued to the original payment method and may take a few business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Custom, personalized, or clearance/sale items may not be eligible for return unless received damaged or defective; this will be noted on the relevant product page.
Dealer Partner Program Terms
The following additional terms apply if you submit a Dealer Partner / wholesale application, or are approved as a NaturallYours dealer.
- Verification: Applications must include accurate company details and valid business documentation (such as GST certificate, PAN, and, where applicable, CIN or MSME/Udyam registration). We reserve the right to verify this information, request additional documents, and approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
- One application per business: An email address or GST number that is already associated with a verified dealer account may not be used to submit a duplicate application.
- Dealer portal: Approved and pending applicants may use the dealer login to manage their application — including reviewing submitted data, withdrawing privacy consent, or requesting erasure — as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Pricing & ordering terms: Wholesale/dealer pricing, minimum order quantities, and payment terms will be communicated separately once an application is approved, and may vary by dealer category (bulk purchase, distribution, white label, or corporate supply) and are subject to change.
- Use of NaturallYours name & branding: Approval as a dealer does not grant any exclusive territory, distribution right, or licence to use the NaturallYours name, logo, or branding beyond what is agreed with us in writing.
- Conduct: Dealers agree to represent our products fairly and accurately, and not to make misleading claims about them to end customers.
- Termination: We may suspend or end a dealer relationship at any time, including for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misrepresentation of our products or brand.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including product photographs, descriptions, logos, and page design — is owned by NaturallYours or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
User Conduct
When using the site or contacting our support team, you agree not to: violate any applicable law; upload harmful code or attempt to interfere with the site's security or operation; impersonate another person or business; or submit false information on an order or dealer application.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NaturallYours will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, beyond the value of the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including liability under the Consumer Protection Act.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located where NaturallYours is registered.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements. The "last updated" date below reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
